Well after a much anticipated wait, the cover for the new Madden NHL 10 (Madden 2010) has been revealed. I present to you the Madden 10 Cover:

EA ANNOUNCES LARRY FITZGERALD AND TROY POLAMALU AS MADDEN NFL 10 COVER ATHLETES

Two Athletes Grace the Cover for the First Time in Madden NFL Franchise History

It looks like the battle of the long-haired NFL football players begins as Larry Fitzgerald and Troy Polamalu both grace the cover for EA Sport’s Madden NFL 10. This is the first time in the franchise’s 21-year history that two athletes have shared the front cover.

This year the cover to the Madden 10 (the best football video game ever) is shared by Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu and Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald.

While this is Polamalu’s first shot appearance on the game cover, this is actually Larry Fitzgerald’s second time as an EA cover boy. Larry has been previously featured on the cover of NCAA Football 2005.  Will the Madden curse haunt either of these two football greats? I hope not, but only time will tell.
